Update - Production is going according to plan!

Hi everyone, here is a small update from us.
We are well underway with the production of the watches and it seems for now that we should be able to deliver as planned in February.
Now that we have collected the color choices from everyone we now know exactly how limited each model will be, here is an overview:
- Polar Blue - will be made in a total of 384 pieces
- Polar White - will be made in a total of 353 pieces
- Polar Peach - will be made in a total of 103 pieces
- World Dial - will be made in a total of 394 pieces
We have also made some choices in relation to the casebacks. All casebacks will be engraved with movement type, and the watches that have Miyota 9015 and SW200-1 will get a custom-made caseback that is 0.7MM thinner than the original samples, we can do this since these movements are thinner than the NH35A.
Hope you are all well and that you have a good December and a good start to the new year. We will update you next when we get closer to delivery and we start locking the addresses in BackerKit (unless something extraordinary happens that we want to inform about).

Last call for BackerKit Survey's!

Hi everyone,
The last day to make final updates to your order in BackerKit is Thursday, November 3rd. After this date, we will lock your reward selections and charge cards for add-on item purchases, pledge upgrades, and pre-orders. You can update your shipping address up until we lock addresses for shipping.
There are still approx. 20% who haven't answered their survey yet.
If you haven't answered your survey by the deadline of November 3rd, we'll still receive your information but your shipment may be delayed. We also have to start producing the different dials by the deadline, so if you answer the Survey after the deadline we cannot guarantee the color you want will be available.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://aigi-watches.backerkit.com/

BackerKit surveys are coming!

Hi everyone,
Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards. In the first step of the survey, you will be able to upgrade your movement, and in the add-on section, you will be able to add more watches, leather straps, or an extra steel strap.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like.
You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts on November 4th.

If you have not received your survey, please check your spam folder. If you are sure you did not receive any mail, please log into your Kickstarter account and check if your payment got through. There are still over 10% of our backers whose payment has not gone through with Kickstarter due to «authentication required» or «errored» payment. If you think this might apply to you, please log into your Kickstarter account and see if you have a «fix payment» button on the banner of the Kickstarter page. After you fix your payment, you will receive your survey from BackerKit as soon as they do their next sync with Kickstarter.

Hi guys!
The campaign is over and what a pleasure it has been, many thanks to everyone who has supported this project.
This is what is happening now:
In the coming week, you will receive an email with a link to our Pledge Manager provided by BackerKit.
Here you will choose the color of your watch(s), and you will have the opportunity to:
• Upgrade to another movement (Miyota 9015 or Sellita SW-200-1)
• You will be able to buy additional products such as an extra watch, leather straps, or an extra steel strap.
You will also pay VAT where it is applicable and shipping for the areas where it is not included.
We will post an update as soon as we start sending out the surveys.
It is important that you do this by the deadline of November 2nd so that we can order the correct color for your watches. So, the sooner you guys can enter your information after you receive the survey, the sooner we can start production.

New Feature: Movement Upgrade For Those Who Want It!

Great news everyone!
We have decided to offer movement upgrades to those who want to do it. This is completely optional, those who do not want it will still get their reliable and robust automatic NH35A movement.
The upgrade can be done in the Pledge Manager, which you will get access to after the campaign has finished.
The prices will be as follows (ex. VAT):
Miyota 9015: +$75
Swiss Sellita SW-200: +$170
(The prices in USD may change slightly as NOK is used as the base currency).
We are glad to be able to offer you this possibility to further customize your new Satellite Ground Station watch.
We have tried to give you as good a price as possible and therefore the upgraded prices barely cover our increased costs.
To be completely transparent, we want to specify what is included in the prices of the upgrade. The largest part of the costs is the purchase price of the upgraded movements themselves. But the upgrade also causes other costs to increase:
- We go from 4 to 12 variants (this increases the cost and complexity of our logistics)
- We also have to make an extra dial variant for the upgraded movement watches so that the date window fits the date function on the new movement perfectly.
- Backerkit (the pledge manager) takes an administrative fee for all the funds collected through them.
As we mentioned earlier, this upgrade is completely voluntary. Those who don't want it still get their good and robust NH35A automatic movement in their watches. We hope you appreciate the possibility of further customizing your new Satellite Ground Station watch.
